Screening committee

Pursuant to paragraph 23.4.3 of the JBNQA, all developments […] other than those listed in schedules 1 and 2 shall be screened by the screening committee.

Pursuant to paragraph 23.4.8 of the JBNQA, the screening committee shall recommend to the Federal Administrator whether or not a preliminary and a final impact statement should be completed by the proponent and, if required, the extent of such an impact assessment and review.
