Environmental and Social Impact Review Panel
Pursuant to paragraph 23.4.11 and 23.4.14 of the JBNQA, the COFEX-North is the review body for all developments contemplated in paragraph 23.4.1 (which is to say all developments or development projects in the region subject to federal jurisdiction) […] and listed in Schedule 1 […] and all development or development projects referred to it by the Federal Administrator.
Internal Operating Procedures
The purpose of the operating procedures is to guide FRP-North’s internal work under the provisions of chapter 23 of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA) by promoting the principles of efficiency and transparency.
