Kativik Environmental Quality Commission

Pursuant to paragraph 23.3.2 of the JBNQA, the KEQC is the preferential and official body responsible for participation in the administration and supervision of the environmental and social impact assessment procedure in the region with respect to matters and to development projects within provincial jurisdiction.
